From its founding in 1994, Plastic Reclaiming Solutions has had the singular focus of taking what would otherwise be waste and turning it into profit for our customers. PRS was started out of a vision to help companies reclaim their plastic into reusable raw material. The quality of our finished products and superior customer service is what sets us apart. Andy Hoehn, CEO
After working 16 years at General Electric, Andy saw the opportunity within the plastics industry to aid companies at recovering their material, reducing waste, and increasing profitability. PRS was started 25 years ago in Andy's garage and their first project was focused on reclaiming the coated plastic used in producing compact discs. Since then PRS has grown and developed solutions to reclaim 7 million+ pounds of plastic per year, allowing their customers access to clean, high-quality raw material that can reenter the manufacturing chain and produce profit.
Andy notes, "Solutions is in our name because it's what we do. Our customers come to us with the need to sort, clean, or remove coatings from their plastics and we engineer the processes needed to accomplish their goals."
Andy is the father of 4 grown children and 8 grandchildren. He is an avid guitar and bass player. He loves to go camping with his grandkids and wife Nancy. Part of Andy's vision for PRS is lived out in his community involvement. Andy serves as an elder in his church and as a City Councilman for the city of Mt. Vernon.

Jeffrey Hoehn
President
Jeff has been with PRS since 2005 after spending several years in the construction industry. During his time with PRS he's performed just about every job. Now he specializes in managing logistics and customer relations. He's available to answer any questions about our capabilities. Jeff is married to Kristen and they have 4 daughters: McKenna, Ryah, Nora, and Eva. He is an avid musician and worship leader at his local church. Jeff is a big fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.

Kurt Adams

Kurt was brought on in 2018, by 2020 he was asked to help coordinate production schedules and logistics. Kurt earned his B.S. in Marketing and Management from the University of Southern Indiana and has years of management experience. He enjoys hiking and loves the outdoors. Being located in Southern Indiana...Kurt is a rare (but passionate)
